Returns & Refunds
- We offer 60-day returns on unused, unopened items in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.
- Items must be returned in a re-sellable condition.
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
- Return exclusions: Perishable goods, customised items, and gift vouchers are non-refundable, unless faulty.
- Your statutory rights, including rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, are unaffected.
2. Faulty Goods
- If an item is faulty, not as described, or develops a fault within a reasonable period, please return it with your proof of purchase.
- We will offer a repair, replacement, or refund in line with your statutory rights.
3. Gift Vouchers
- Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
- Gift vouchers cannot be used to purchase other gift vouchers.
- Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.
4. Pricing & Payment
- All prices include VAT where applicable.
- We accept cash, debit/credit cards, and other payment methods displayed in-store.
- Full payment is required at the time of purchase.
5. Liability
- We are not responsible for any indirect losses, including loss of profit or data.
- Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for personal injury caused by our negligence or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
6. Governing Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
